How our milk-fed veal burger patties are prepared
All patties are completely freed from tendons and then minced. The spices used emphasise the excellent beef flavour without drowning out its own taste

We recommend one to two burger patties of 180 g or 250 g per person.
Herkunft und Haltung
Quality is our top priority, and when it comes to beef, a few factors are crucial. These include the perfect breed of cattle, the age of the animals and optimal feeding, free of concentrated feed. But that alone is not enough for our requirements
At Fitmeat, we only process the finest meat from heifers, also known as heifers, and steers. The meat has a wonderful marbling and taste.
Our classic breeds of beef also include Red-Angus, Black-Angus, Charolais, Limousin, White-Blue Belgian and Wagyu, as well as various crossbreeds.
We use only the finest muscle meat from the neck and throat region for our juicy burger patties made from milk-fed calf. The meat is completely freed from tendons, finely seasoned and minced. This creates a real aroma that makes the burger unmistakably good
The animals come 100 % from Austria and we attach great importance to this. The farms are located in the Waldviertel region of Lower Austria, in Salzburg and in neighbouring Upper Austria
We distance ourselves from factory farming and long transports. We rely on animals that are kept in a species-appropriate manner, born and raised by small farmers, and on butchers who know both farmer and animal personally.
