Home-made cabanossi are perfect for a hearty meal or as a snack between meals. Their slim shape also makes them the ideal snack when travelling. In the office or on a hike.
Only the best pork and beef are used for our handmade cabanossi. Fine, hand-picked spices round off the meat. The cabanossi are then carefully smoked and roasted over beech wood. This gives them their typical flavour.
Pork, beef, drinking water, bacon, citrate, salt, pickling salt, spices, may contain traces of MUSTARD and CELERY, beech wood smoke, edible casing.
